Do not use anything with parabens on your skin if you can help it. The skin is our largest organ in the body and it will absorb whatever you apply to it.
When possible – It may be expensive, but VERY important. I buy organic meats, soft skinned fruits / vegetables (like blueberries, tomatoes, nectarines)
Get adjusted! This really help to keep your body aligned, and prevent pains in the future. Especially of you carry large shoulder bags or sit slightly twisted in you office chair. It also keeps nerves function healthy.
