1 cup millet
1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
A twist of fresh pepper
Preheat oven to 180 C.
First cook your millet with 2 cups of water on medium heat.
When cooked and cooled mix the millet with the other ingredients in a big bowl.
Then with your hands make 25 even size balls and place them in a big oven pan covered with baking paper.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top and let them bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with mixed green salad and tahini dressing.
