Moro is a delicious North African / Iberian / Mediterranean influenced restaurant
Started by husband and wife team Sam and Sam Clark after travelling around those regions for months on end in a camper van and has been around for nearly 19 years.
I’ve had the pleasure of them cooking for my former Studio’s anniversary dinner.
The food is forever, deliciously tasty 🙂
Moro is where hipsters come to try something new and old fans come to enjoy a great meal.
It’s simple cooking that lets the exotic ingredients be the star of the plate and the results are nothing short of amazing.
What to try? The enormous vegetable mezze (£16.50), full of fresh veggies, inventive dips and served with pita.
Try the crispy shredded duck with watermelon radishes, chesnuts and pomegranate molasses dressing (£9.00)
and the sweet and dry minced lamb on hummus (a favourite).
A must try is the restaurant’s famous yoghurt cake with pistachios and pomegranate (£7.00).
